When Remer was on trial for Holocaust denial he commissioned the Rudolf Report as part of his defense. It's an interesting what-if to consider where revisionism would be if that hadn't happened. Rudolf was into revisionism a couple years before that, but it seems his involvement in the Remer trial and authorship of the report was what led to his own prosecution and led him to become essentially a full-time revisionist.
From Grokipedia's entry on Rudolf.
In the summer of 1991, Rudolf was formally commissioned to prepare an expert report (Gutachten) by Hajo Herrmann, the defense attorney for Otto Ernst Remer, a former Wehrmacht officer facing trial in Germany for incitement under laws prohibiting denial of Nazi crimes.[10] Herrmann requested the analysis to challenge prosecutorial claims regarding Auschwitz gas chambers in Remer's case, building on revisionist arguments that eyewitness testimonies conflicted with physical and chemical evidence.[3] Although courts rejected Rudolf as an expert witness in 1991 and 1992—citing his lack of established authority in historical forensics—the report's initial draft was completed in spring 1992 and circulated privately among scientists and politicians before Remer disseminated 1,000 to 2,000 unauthorized copies in spring 1993.[10]
I don't recall who it was that wrote a polemic into the report, which was the reason the charges went to Rudolf in the first place, but if they hadn't, the world of revisionism would be dimmer without the light Germar has brought to the subject.
Be it through his work creating Castle Hill or with his endeavor with 'Holocaust Academy', he has been thoroughly in the breech ever since.
Trying to silence him by attempting to absolutely destroy him backfired spectacularly for TPTB.
Going back to the oration by Remer, that guy was a stud. I'm sure someone will tell me he had an undescended testicle and his mother was both a whore and a jew or something, but at the end of the day, that is a man I would have been honored to serve under.
I won't say 'I'm glad' Germar suffered having penned a report in this mans defense, because I'm not. You raise a valid point however, the world would be different if things were different.
If I were to guess why no t4 personnel were chosen to perform gassing that had experience with gassing, it would be because THERE WERE NONE.
