I've seen a humble type of honesty out of Nessie I don't think it is possible to fake and genuinely feel that the fellow is in ernest. But I had pointed out that what is inside a grave is reliably determined by excavation, not just geophysics. Geophysics scientifically and conclusively proves that there are pits, G32, G29, G1/G44, G4, G38, G36, G50, G51, G52, G53, G54 and that they exist. But it does not prove that those pits contain human remains. To do that, other evidence, such as an excavation, is needed.

The reason why homicidal intent is ascribed to certain evidence, is because evidence has context, other evidence. When that evidence is examined, it is specific about homicide. Evidence cannot be accurately determined, without the context of other evidence.

Geophysics finding a pit, does not prove homicide. It proves there is a pit. When other evidence, such as every single person who worked in the camp, states mass graves were dug and filled with corpses, then the context is that the pit is a grave. If that pit is excavated, or boreholes drilled into it, or grave robbers dig into it, or the ground above it is found to contain cremains, that is context from evidence of the pit being a grave. Then, a grave does not prove homicide. Other evidence is needed to prove that.

Keen's demand for yes, no, true or false, does not cope with the complexity of the evidence. So-called revisionist demand to look at star evidence, best evidence, or each piece of evidence at a time, fails to cope with the complexity.
