I have a feeling you probably believed that before you ever encountered Rudolf’s work.

Yes, because I had read Prof. Arthur Butz's landmark 1976 work about 1980, although there were still many questions. And also the essays in the 1980s by Engineer Friedrich Paul Berg, which led me to read the technical manuals published in the 1930's and '40s about fumigation and Zyklon-B by Degesch and American Cyanamid. Plus, I had quite a bit of experience with diesel engines myself, including while in the U.S. Army Signal Corps, and even took a BA in History long before I had heard of Germar Rudolf. Germar's Rudolf Report and his "Critical Edition" of the Leuchter Report addressed the damage done or mistakes made by Fred Leuchter and Robert Faurisson, who were certainly innovative, but technically competent, not as much.

The legal issues have evidently been resolved.

https://germarrudolf.com/2025/02/a-nightmares-end/

The key part is right at the end.
In total, all misdemeanor charges were either dropped or replaced by summary offenses, with a total of $800 in fines, plus court costs, paid in full today, February 27.

Since summary offenses have no consequences for me as a permanent legal resident in the United States, this resolution of these two cases leaves my immigration status as a legal immigrant untouched.

And now that this nightmare is over, let’s all get back to work!

(PS: In early 2023, I discarded all risky workout clothes, and do my calisthenics workout now in my basement…)
So, good news. Though there is still the question of why he was pursued across state lines on such a petty charge. Something happened there. And I also don't understand why he was in jail so long.

I know it is a bit late now but Germar should have bought one of those construction site jackets. They ventilate, florescent and light weight
Here is an example, have both warm and cold weather
