This sort of thing is intended to be "Jew-for-Jew." The messaging is different in Jew-for-goy mainstream publications.

This is indeed how they think. They claim not to believe in collective guilt, but that's only for their wrongdoing. Nothing bad can ever be said to have anything to do with Jews as a whole or with Jews qua Jews. But they absolutely believe in collective guilt for their enemies and hold grudges for millennia.

It has the character of taunting in it. Be blatant that one is about to harm you, but then insist that you can't do anything in retaliation.

Why would the Europeans and the Germans of that time have opposed a top secret program concealed behind code words and euphemisms, a complete lack of paper trail, isolated murder factories, gas chambers disguised as shower rooms, victims turned into ashes, eyewitnesses systematically executed afterwards and post-facto obliteration squads? How can anyone possibly oppose a thing he or she is not even aware of? The fallacy of Europeans and especially Germans being guilty for the Holocaust amounts to saying "Why didn't you call the cops and report your odd neighbor 10 years before he was exposed as a serial killer?"...
