I do not have any definite plans here. No major project mapped out. I was more thinking, why not? The software is free and there's space on the server. Worst case, nobody does anything with it. Best case, maybe it will be the seed of something really useful. I explained a bit of my thinking here in this earlier post.

Things like this might have been tried in the past. I know Metapedia has some revisionist wiki content.
Trying to do a full encyclopedia is a ton of work and is not really necessary now that we have Germar's encyclopedia. But I was thinking we could collaborate on a few high quality pages/articles that would synthesize material from the forum and elsewhere to make the info more convenient and accessible.
Content from the forum tends to get buried and is not always convenient to locate. My vision here is that this could be good for making reference pages which could be improved and corrected over time. So often we have the same old things come up over and over and it can be a hassle to try to gather the sources in the moment. And bad faith opponents will bank on that inconvenience. We need to have everything right there, fully sourced.
The wiki software has a few nice features.
- Multiple users can contribute to the articles. This allows for crowdsourcing and can spread out the workload.
- It has an outline of the article allowing you to easily navigate longer articles by section (much better navigation than for a long forum post)
- It has a very good built-in citation system for footnotes.
