If Germar Rudolf were actualy a convincted sex offender he would be in the sex offender registry. Perhaps those who make this claim should pony up an actual URL or something.

Technically I guess the registry is only a subset of sex offenders since there are lesser "sex offenses" that are not serious enough to require registration. But in that case saying "convicted sex offender" is misleading since most people will associate "sex offender" with the registry and with serious crimes like rape and child molestation. There is of course a world of difference between streaking (for example) and raping children. Taking advantage of this very wide range of "sex offenses" is just a way of making insinuations, similar to how people like Myles Power kept mentioning the "school playground" with a suggestive wink (without mentioning that there were no children there at that time of morning).

Here are the tiers for the sex offender registry in PA with 15 year, 25 year, and lifetime registration depending on severity.

The "open lewdness" from 2019 was the most serious offense (an excessive charge imo) and that is not even tier 1. All it says in the 2019 case summary is "Sex Offender caseload is up to Adult Probation. Case may be closed after 12 months if all costs paid and no violations." So that sounds like they put you on some sort of probation for a year. You wouldn't end up on the sex offender registry.

I didn't say that he's not a convicted sex offender. I said that (((they))) don't need him in jail. (((They))) only need a usable character assassination label because (((they))) can't reply to the revisionist debunking of the Holohoax with factual counterarguments.
