Warning label for disruptive and deceptive posters

Suggest user's posts are manually amended by the mod team to include "Warning - This User Is Intentionally Deceptive"
It could be implemented in such a way as, when a challenge is issued and failed, the original post is amended with the warning label.

I added a "Quarantined" rank to make it clear who has been confined there. If a poster is quarantined, this implies their posts do not meet the quality standards required for the main boards.

Perhaps there is a way to put a marker next to the user's name.
On kiwifarms.st, they use a pink triangle to mark trouble posters.
