It is also notable that Dr. Hans Laternser, the defense counsel for the General Staff and the O.K.W., submitted no fewer than 3,186 affidavits during the IMT sworn to by key German witnesses. None of these affidavits was ever published in the IMT Blue Series.

Anyone know if any of these statements are available for review? I'm curious to read them.
I don't know if those statements are available, but I guess some of them were the affidavits of the 97% of SS men who denied the Holocaust.
And there was also Julius Streicher's "irrelevant" statement about mistreatment by U.S. guards.

Charter of the International Military Tribunal of Nuremberg :
Article 20.
The Tribunal may require to be informed of the nature of any evidence before it is entered so that it may rule upon the relevance thereof.
