On the old forum, there was a single main Holocaust board which accounted for about 90% of the post volume. This board is the successor of that board. But we are going to experiment with splitting off a second Holocaust board intended specifically for debate. The thinking here is that it gets tiresome to continually rehash the same basic points. While there is value in having one's fundamental assumptions challenged periodically, to do this all the time is counterproductive. Hence, this board will have a revisionist perspective.

Non-revisionists are free to participate in the discussions here provided they are willing to be collegial and not overly disruptive. We do not want to bog things down here with all the familiar disagreements that will never be resolved.

Some general topics for this board

• Relevant news
• Reviews and discussion of books and articles (both revisionist and orthodox)
• Discussion of specific documents, primary sources, and testimonies
• Discussion of technical and forensic issues
• Original research
• Theoretical discussions
• Free speech issues
• The cultural and political influence of the Holocaust
• The revisionist movement

Many topics could go either here or on the debate board. Perhaps the best way to decide between the two would be if you want feedback from revisionists or from the opposition.
