There are two answers - the Religious answer that The Chosen One will be Christ, and a secular answer. The former obviously is not very satisfactory for a discussion like this, so lets focus on the latter.
The Chosen One as you say, will be required to hold such a skillset that seems almost impossible by today's standards. He will need to be a statesman in the vein of old, by which I mean a Frederick The Great or a Bismarck. We don't seem to have great statesmen anymore. Even within one generation, the drop off in quality from Rumsfeld to Hegseth is shocking, as just one prominent example.
The Chosen One will need to have the utmost mastery of digital media, elevating the importance of propaganda from the levels of understanding of Goebels & co into the stratosphere. He will, in effect, need to be a 1-man-PR-show. Debating skills, relentless perseverance, ability to shape public opninion and mobilise a movement.
There are many other qualities needed like rhetoric, oration, high IQ, even good looks. The lack of any one of these characteristics can be compensated by exceptional (even by his standards) performance in other areas.
In brief - a
polymath. A polymath the likes of which have been very rare in history. A Frederick the Great meets Bismarck meets John F. Kennedy meets Steve Jobs meets Ghandi meets Henry Ford meets PT Barnum meets Benjamin Franklin etc etc etc.
If this feels too unrealistic, then I have made my point well

a nascent movement like Revisionism (or rather in a broader context, White Identity Politics, or White Nationalism) meets its death when it sits around waiting for a perfect leader to appear and do everything. Rather my view, is that the work of "minor" figures and us peasants alike, is to create a fertile environment where these ideas are not immediately poisoned, and have capacity to grow and evolve. The best arguments needs to be put out there, become visible, and defended honestly and rigorously. Cucking out to "false prophets" and grifters we see emerging all the time on the dissident Right Wing (Donald Trump? Nick Fuentes? Tucker Carlson?) should be cautioned at all avenues.
In the end, all free people in the world will fight, even without the Chosen One. As they did for almost 100 years in the film (meaning the interpretation of Part 1, without those plot twists in reloaded, the original machine uprising, the revelations from the Architect, etc.). The revisionists themselves, since the emergence of organized dissidence in historical views in the 70s, have fought to a large extent as "ordinary people", and in fact were them. Jurgen Graf felt for decades how unfair this so-called "rules-based order" was to the German people and Germany, but was too afraid to touch the subject of the Holocaust and Zionism, continuing to believe in them until he met Arthur Vogt in 1991 (I read this in his book "Der Geplante Volkstod"). Arthur Butz also believed in the "Holocaust" until 1972, as did Faurisson before he began his research, and so on;
So the expected future is the continuation of historical dissidence, opposition to the views imposed on us, the final collapse of the Yalta-Postdam "rules-based world order" with its systemic injustice, until one of two things happens:
1. A "polymath" will appear, and most likely from complete obscurity, just as Adolf once rose to the top of power due to his charisma and political insight. Revisionists in this case will most likely take his side, or will be seen as his own inspirers. Then the collapse of the world order will be faster;
2. The amount of facts and social changes will lead to a breakdown of the consensus - the "Holocaust mania" that has engulfed the world will eventually end, and the new historical orthodoxy will be the former revisionism: that the Holocaust was a process of deportation of Jews, that WWII was fueled by the Zionist-controlled governments of the Western plutocracies and the Soviet communists, that Germany and Japan sought peace, but on the condition of genuine independence, which was taken from them in the course of an extremely cruel and fraudulent game - destroying entire cities and regions (Hamburg 1943, Koenigsberg 1944, Dresden, Tokyo 1945) and sometimes even using nuclear weapons (Hiroshima and Nagasaki), and then creating a state in the Middle East, based on decades of this propaganda lie, and also depriving its own citizens of their rights for what they were born as (I mean in the US, UK, Europe)
Well, either a combination of one of the two. Of course, I'm not talking about extreme cases, if someone presses the red button, all this will be gone, as will humanity.
Not long ago, I talked to an American, and he mentioned that the story about Germany and WWII has become very popular in America. Although I'm not sure if he meant the rise in popularity of revisionism/pro-Germanism, or just interest in that period.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.
