The Campaign Against Antisemitism's latest assault on Free Speech

An academic is facing a private criminal prosecution over social media posts calling for Jews to be “de-Zionised”.
The Campaign Against Antisemitism (CAA) has brought three criminal charges against Prof David Miller over posts on X.

CAA alleges that the professor used a public communications network to send messages of a "menacing character", contrary to the Communications Act 2003.

The Campaign Against Antisemitism is a group of fanatical Zionists posing as a charity but up to their necks in political activity trying to stifle expressions of support for Palestinians... and debate on the so-called Holocaust. Their weapon is something called THE “WORKING DEFINITION of AntiSemitism.

Playing on the nearly universal opposition to real anti-Semitism CAA has vastly expanded the definition
of anti-Semitism to include questioning their history of the Holocaust, suggesting that the mass murder of
Palestinian women and children is genocide.

The group's leader since its founding is Gideon Falter ...his tactic is clear.
"He has been responsible for gathering together some of the most renowned lawyers in the UK to devise and execute an ambitious legal strategy that continues to change the law on antisemitism in Britain through landmark lawsuits both against notorious antisemites and the authorities when they fail to protect the Jewish community.

The CAA is not only a threat to free speech and discussion but an aggressive apologist for Netanyahu's evil policy of
genocide of the Palestinian people.

Three things spring to mind;
First this is not a holocaust story but one of jewish issues and maybe best moved to that section.

Second this cannot be a criminal case but a civil one. The CAA doesn't issue criminal lawsuits.

Third the CAA would be very well advised then to act also against Jewish Voice for Peace which is a charity/organisation of jews around the world who oppose the state of israel and zionism. In Falter's situation he would surely count this as anti-semitism and thus it would be very interesting if, as a jew, he sued a jewish organisation for anti-semitic acts.

The Campaign Against Anti-Semitism seems to be hiding behind the fight against hate in order to silence free speech in the West. At one time, the "Jewish Defense League" attacked David Cole and threatened him with violence, forcing him to abandon his participation in the movement for objective history. So I would not be surprised if there are attacks on activists of the movement Jews for Peace.

Of course, the CAA will not allow an objective analysis of the events of 1941-45, since it undermines their position. So partly this applies to the Holocaust, and not only to Jews.

Concerning the JDL, Mr Cole being punched and having a bounty put on him seems rather tame considering the fire bombing of Zundel and the various other bombings.
