Welcome. Although one person here thinks I am some kind of "Jewish Zionist infiltrator", that is far from the truth. I support freedom of speech and research, especially when it is under threat.

Hello InuYasha, I have emailed several Finnish officials and a news agency trying to find out about the proposed
anti-historic discussion law. When/if I get a response I will follow up on your suggestion of posting a petition.

As an aside, the Finns deported a total of 8 Jews back to Germany during WWII. These 8 were German or Austrian
and some were wanted for criminal acts. No Finnish/Jewish citizens were deported. I don't think the Finns need
to prove anything by suppressing Free Speech!

After all, when European governments passed unjust laws in the 1990s banning an objective view of history, they did it so easily because no one stood up for rights and freedoms.

I agree, the Finns have no reason to ban freedom of speech to prove something. Moreover, even the Germans do not need it! It is sad to see how in such a civilized country as Austria, historian David Irving faced up to 20 years in prison for unbiased views (fortunately, the sentence was appealed). So you understand, the sadist and serial killer Jack Unterweger only got 15 years.

I hope that we can defend freedom of speech and thought in Finland, and protect its population from collective brainwashing and the cult of guilt.

#6 - The US/British made a file 'Nazi Death and Prison Camps' shown at Nuremberg. It contains footage of dead prisoners in the camps who had died of disease, primarily typhus, and allied bombing (at Nordhausen) at the end of the war. This film is the source of the photographs used to document the hoax. For example, the Oprah Winfrey/Elie Wiesel Auschwitz Special showed six screenshots from the film as being of Jews gassed by the Nazis. E.g. Belsen:

Indeed. They used this, because it's meant to be a debate stopper. A device to create thought terminating cliches in people. And it did work for sure. While I think most corpses on the picture are from prisoners that died due to epidemics. This isn't necessary the case with all from them. But it's usually the best explanation. No good explanation at all is to declare those to be victims of some German or NS extermination program. In fact saying or implying this is malicious. The pictures stem from a deception operation. And I think one should make this an a priori question. The first thing to clarify before Holocaust discourse would be if people acknowledge that there was a Psychological Warfare campaign against Germany. Do they accept that and do they find it problematic that Holocaust related information came from that source.
